Born on 25 April 1994 and raised in an entrepreneurial family, Kevin took a decisive step in 2020: despite the pandemic, travel restrictions, and global uncertainty, he founded a luxury real estate company in Spain. Coming from a generation that has grown up facing global crises, the vision of Eques was born — an investment in luxury real estate that offers security while embodying the desire to enjoy life and turn dreams into reality. Moving from Berlin to Alicante, Kevin built an exclusive network and consistently transformed the concept he had developed during his master’s studies into reality.

In Germany, Kevin was shaped early on by international dressage sport. The daily work with his horses taught him to understand ambition and determination not as short-term impulses, but as the result of discipline, precision, and endurance. From the age of 15, he was a member of the national dressage squad and competed in national and international championships — both individually and as part of the German national team, achieving numerous titles. The strictly structured, performance-driven, and deliberately uncompromising training under the German Olympic Sports Confederation, the German Olympic Committee, and the national coaches shaped his understanding of excellence in a lasting way. Performance meant responsibility, control under pressure, and the ability to consistently pursue long-term strategies — regardless of external circumstances. Horses taught him something fundamental: leadership does not arise from control, but from relationship. A horse follows only when it feels trust, respect, and understanding. This mindset — taking responsibility and earning excellence every day — forms the foundation of his entrepreneurial approach at Eques.

From this very mindset, the title image and guiding vision of Kevin’s company were born: the work of the renowned Barcelona-based photographer @andrea.rodriguez.art distills his vision and unites past, present, and future into an uncompromising standard of leadership and excellence.
Horses remain his inner benchmark — no longer as an active elite athlete, but as a national dressage judge — continuing to define the values, identity, and ambition of Eques.

At 30 years old, I am one of the youngest independent real estate agents in Spain. Over the past year, I have completed property sales with a total volume exceeding 150 million euros. Recommendations account for the majority of my clients – a level of trust that comes with responsibility. That is why I only present properties whose quality I personally stand behind.

Kevin is regularly committed to charitable causes and supports, among others, Cáritas Valencia, which works throughout the Valencia region to help people in difficult life situations. In addition, he supports the work of Habitat for Humanity Spain, an organization dedicated to providing families with access to safe and dignified housing.

“Success comes with responsibility,” says Kevin. “Especially when you are young and have the privilege of working with real estate and creating value, it’s important not to forget to give back. Those who want to grow must also be willing to contribute – where it truly makes a difference.

Kevin deliberately focuses on refinement rather than scale. His company is lean, focused, and personally led. By his side are people he trusts: his mother Brigitte Herold, who supports him operationally, his father Jürgen Herold as a constant companion in the field, and Ana, who ensures smooth and reliable processes as his assistant. The office is not a typical real estate office, but a modern space with a residential feel – flexible, mobile, and always where his clients need him. Kevin does not believe in volume.
